Order Processing Times

Orders will take 3-5 business days before they are shipped- holidays and weekends are excluded. Processing times can be slightly longer during sales and holidays.

 

Shipping

All Domestic Orders are processed and shipped through USPS. It usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive via priority option. If you have a question regarding your tracking or order status please contact us directly at lounolancandleco@gmail.com. If your package has been lost through USPS please file a claim before reporting lost merchandise to us. We cannot assist with lost orders without a claim number.
